This season, we welcome you to a one-of-a-kind tasting journey—seven courses, each carefully crafted to honor the past and celebrate the present.
In remembrance of the 50th anniversary of the Khmer Rouge, and in celebration of the Cambodian New Year, this experience is rooted in both reflection and renewal.
Between each course, a new act unfolds. Like scenes from a story, each dish and pause invites you deeper into the flavors, the memories, and the spirit of Cambodia.
This is more than dinner. This is a tribute. A celebration. A tale told through taste.

A story of resilience, a story of family and a story of strength and love.
Our restaurant, Khmai, was built as a tribute to our Executive Chef’s mother and her heritage. The name is a blend of "Khmer", representing the Cambodian language and culture, and "Mai", meaning "mother." It symbolizes the deep cultural roots and personal story that drive everything we do.
